Bon Appetit PBB!

Week two in the PBB house begins with one revealed secret, two new housemates, and five days to complete a new weekly task. After Mickey uttered his first Tagalog words inside the house, and after Robert and Bea were ushered quite discreetly inside, the housemates were barely given time to know them before they were given the second weekly task.

Mickey and Robert were chatting in the gym room when Big Brother called Robert. He soon returned to the other housemates and read them their first weekly task, aptly titled ‘Room Service’. Upon a given signal, the housemates were given two minutes to don their aprons and other culinary attire and report to the storage room. There they would find a recipe, and had to prepare the designated food item. And it wasn’t only supposed to taste good, but look good as well; the housemates were required to present it in an appetizing manner, and could use anything in handy inside the house to spice it up.

This was done to promote teamwork and camaraderie among the housemates, especially for the new ones. And true enough, they got to talking immediately. The task called once again to bet a certain percentage of their weekly allowance, between 50 and 100 percent. Bea and the other girls wanted to bet the minimum, but Mickey and the others suggested that they up the stakes a little bit, after the success of the first task. So the consensus was placed at 60%, and right after the housemates assigned who were to be the chief cook, helpers, and other responsibilities.

Will two new housemates be a boon or a bane to the second weekly task? Will Big Brother win this time?
